At ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance*, understanding our customers visions and needs is fundamental in providing an excellent service.
We want our clients to stay connected and be at the heart of everything we do, especially during these challenging times. With this aim, the participants of our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey were invited to take part of CONNECT, the business community of ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance. After months of work, we are pleased to announce CONNECT is officially launched and still open to new participants.
As the CEO of ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance, I very much support this initiative. The way of interacting has changed a lot since COVID and I believe the digital developments provides us the opportunity to create an international community and strengthen our relationship with our clients cross border.

CONNECT is a international business community for clients who want to be closely involved with the developments of our organisation, helping us to enhance our customer experience. The main pillars of CONNECT are: Let’s Talk sessions, where our clients have the opportunity to dialogue with our Top Management members; customer research, so that they can provide their feedback on our latest developments; and a newsletter where they’ll have access to our latest news. Given the international status of this community, all activities will be held in English.
